Authorised Returns
Returns of product for exchange will only be authorised if the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery, or if the product delivered is not the product ordered. In this instance, you will be covered by the Quality Guarantee and receive a replacement at no extra cost. You will however, be responsible for the postage costs of the item being returned.
For products being returned for exchange outside of the Quality Guarantee, ie., exchanges based on customer's incorrect selection; you will be responsible the postage costs of the returned product and the replacement product, and may also be liable for a 15% re-stocking charge.
