APO/FPO & Overseas Military

The following information is specific to United States Armed Forces and attached US Federal Agencies serving overseas. For British and Australian military, please contact us for special export pricing.

Orders shipped to US Military personnel stationed overseas via the Army Post Office/Air Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) are treated as domestic US orders, regardless of where in the world you are stationed. Armed Forces personnel stationed overseas will only ever pay a $14.95 flat-rate freight forwarding and administration fee. This special delivery rate is irrespective of the size of the order or its final destination. Customs declarartions are required on overseas shipments, and it is advised that customers check with their local customs office for any duties that may be payable

No expediated delivery options are available to overseas military as the APO/FPO have their own internal delivery systems. The approximate delivery timings for APO (Air/Army Post Office) are as follows:

Kuwait, Iraq and Afganistan; Normally 15 days - Maximum 22 days.

Germany, Japan and Korea; Normally 18 days - Maximum 25 days.

Orders for FPO (Fleet Post Office) delivery to Navy and Marine forces aboard ships are processed by a Fleet Mail Center, and are usually transported to ships in conjunction with a fleet supply mission. No estimates of delivery timings are available as it is dependant on the ships location at sea and regularity of supply missions.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

US Military personnel stationed within the United States are advised to have their order shipped by UPS and not via the APO system. Using the APO system within the United States will still incur a $14.95 forwarding and administration fee. Orders for domestic US delivery must contain a physical daytime address, NOT an APO/FPO address.
